The 2015 Volkswagen Passat offers loads of new features that
drivers are sure to love! It is offered in five main trim levels: S, Wolfsburg,
SE, Sport, and SEL Premium. Drivers can pick between three different powertrain
options: a 1.8-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that delivers 170 horsepower;
a 3.6-liter V6 that generates 280 horsepower; or an all-new 2.0-liter
turbocharged diesel four-cylinder that generates 150 horsepower! This
impressive turbodiesel engine will average up to 44 mpg on the highway with a
six-speed manual transmission and 42 mpg when paired to a six-speed DSG
automatic.
Drivers will also love that even the base S and Wolfsburg
trims come with a rearview camera, while the SEL trim will get a rain-sensing
windshield-wiper system. Also new for this model year for the S and Wolfsburg
trims is a Technology Package that includes the rearview camera, premium audio
system with eight speakers as well as satellite radio. Additional features
include navigation, leather seats, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, iPod
integration, keyless entry and ignition, heated front seats, front fog-lamps,
the VW brand’s Car-Net connected services system, and more! To check out all
